What few people know is that Hermann Oberreiter was not only active in Ehrwald. When the bus business started to flourish he looked for a new location and found it in Seefeld in Tyrol. The convenient location close to the motorway, the proximity of the border and the up-and-coming tourist town of Seefeld in Tyrol promised to be a guarantee for success for all further entrepreneurial developments. Thus it also came about that for the beginning tour operator business an important service provider was missing in Seefeld in Tyrol - a ski rental company. So Hermann Oberreiter founded the ski rental company "Ski Rent" together with 2 entrepreneurs and was able to offer a package to travel agencies in UK, USA, Netherlands etc. Even today the company is still owned by the family.
